The Client Services Team is responsible for the Learning hubs and physical spaces that provide Library Services on Campus and provide student support. This support includes general enquiries and study and assignment help.
Libraries across the TAFE Qld footprint provide informal learning spaces for students to use as individuals and in group setting. Our Libraries support our training and provide physical and e-resources, equipment such as photocopiers, scanning and printing and wi fi facilities.
The Virtual Services team looks after the library’s systems, websites and eResources. The Virtual team is also responsible for managing the educational licensing for TAFE Queensland.

We provide specific and comprehensive advice on copyright to all of TAFE Queensland. We are the conduit between TAFE Queensland and the National Copyright Unit/ Copyright Advisory Group, relevant collecting societies such as APRA-AMCOS, PPCA and CAL, and work with third party bodies on questions of intellectual property and copyright.
